1. Operator

This application ("Fund Analyst Intelligence" or the "Service") is operated by the project owner based in Zürich, Switzerland.

2. Terms of use

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The Service is intended primarily for professional or institutional users in a buy-side or oversight context, to support their own fund due-diligence and monitoring processes. It can help automate checks on published data (for example factsheet indicators, NAV time series and other disclosures) and produce standardised internal reports, but it does not replace your own policies, procedures or sign-offs.

• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
• You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any investment or other financial decision.
• You remain responsible for the design, operation and documentation of your own internal due-diligence and validation framework, including any controls around the use of this tool.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, in particular during development or maintenance phases.

3. No investment advice or offer

The content provided in this application, including any analytics, heatmaps, performance metrics, reports and conversational outputs, is for informational and internal analysis purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, an investment recommendation, a solicitation, an offer or an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

The Service does not assess your personal situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance or capacity to bear losses. You remain fully responsible for your own investment decisions and should obtain independent financial, legal and tax advice before making any investment.

4. No client relationship

Using this application does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary or mandate relationship between you and the operator. The platform is a technical tool and does not provide personalised suitability or appropriateness assessments under MiFID or similar regulations.

5. Data sources, accuracy and risk warning

Metrics displayed in the application are derived from data obtained from third-party providers, public disclosures and internal calculations. While reasonable care is applied in processing this data, no representation or warranty is given as to the correctness, completeness, timeliness or availability of the information.

Historical performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Investing in financial instruments involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire invested amount. Currency movements, interest-rate changes, credit events, market volatility and other factors can materially affect returns. Past performance and model-based scenarios are not guarantees of future performance.

6. Privacy & data protection

The Service may process limited personal data such as account details, contact information, usage logs and technical telemetry. This data is used to operate the Service, secure user accounts, monitor abuse, improve product quality and, where permitted, to communicate with you about updates or issues.

Personal data may be processed on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests or your consent, depending on the context. Where external service providers (such as hosting, email or analytics providers) are used, they act under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Because this project is under active development, a dedicated privacy notice with more detailed information (including data subject rights under applicable data protection laws such as the GDPR or the Swiss FADP) will be published before a production launch.

7. Cookies & analytics

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and analyse aggregated usage patterns. Any analytics is intended to improve stability, performance and user experience, not to profile individual users for marketing purposes.

A cookie and analytics notice will be provided together with the full privacy documentation for the production version of the Service.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect the Service and stored data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging and regular updates of infrastructure components.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Liability limitation & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes any liability for direct or indirect losses, costs or damages arising from the use of this application or the reliance on any information produced by it. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, trading losses, business interruption or loss of data.

Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, the use of this application and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by Swiss law. The ordinary courts of Zürich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

This page reflects the current development stage of the project and may be updated from time to time. Where material changes are made to the terms, privacy or security information, a notice may be displayed within the application.
